I was the weekend anchor in a former market. But it's done a little differently here. You work a split shift on Saturday. That means you come in and do the morning news from 7:00-9:00a.. And then return for the evening shows. Hopefully, you get a nap in between. Here's a clip from the A-block of a Saturday morning newscast.
