This is a story I pitched numerous times before actually doing it. The historic Lancaster Hotel is located two blocks from where I live. So I've noticed all of the work that has taken place since Hurricane Harvey. The flood destroyed the first two floors of the hotel just a month after new owners took over. They planned a remodel. It became a major renovation. I was given exclusive access to the interior as the work continues.
