Only On Five: Teen Attacked On Greenline Talks About Crime
I love whenever I can get the victim of a crime to speak when other stations are working the same story. In this case, it was a 16 year-old boy on his birthday. He was attacked on the popular Greenline trail which recently celebrated its 2nd anniversary. It's a shame things like this have to occur on such an incredibly cool Memphis amenity.

Girl Fight Crazy
Family Fights MCS After Girl Fight Caught On Camera
If had a dollar for every "girl fight caught on camera" story I've seen in the Memphis market.. Well, you know the rest. The truth of the matter is they pop up on YouTube way too often.. And they often occur on school campuses. Such was the case with this story I did. The difference is the grandmother of one of the girls in the fight decided to wage her own battle against the school district. She was quite the character.

Another noose? Really?
Hazing Incident Possibly Involving Noose Leads To Expulsions
I went to Wynne, AR to cover a story about some sort of hazing incident involving the junior varsity football team. I didn't know it possibly involved a noose and an African American player until I made contact with family and friends. How, in 2012, does anybody think it's okay to use a noose in any manner? The school board has the final say in this case.
